Michaela (Roeline Daneel), a driven young photographer, is left spellbound by the striking images on display at an anonymous photography exhibition. In an attempt to find out who took the photos, she befriends the gallery’s curator, Bernard (Ludwig Binge). From him she learns the images were found amongst the possessions of a relative (Albert Maritz), recently killed in a freak car accident.

As she tracks down more clues and her search unfolds, Michaela uncovers the stories of the people captured in the photos. Stories of sudden and gruesome deaths. Her curiosity develops into full-blown obsession as she is drawn deeper and deeper in the dark secret of the unknown photographer (Antoinette Louw).
